I know about cooking having come from a large family who love food. I started as a pastry cook back in the 80’s and my love for food has taken me to many different places.
I ended up teaching my love for cooking to other people & I found I did not get the same joy I get when cooking for a family or lots of people who are chatting & joking about life. So I started Uncle Frank’s Cafe Pizzeria Salamander Bay.
Come to my place where you will be warmly greeted, always ready to chat & joke with you, hoping to make your time enjoyable & worthwhile.
