I know about cooking having come from a large family who love food. I started as a pastry cook back in the 80’s and my love for food has taken me to many different places.
I ended up teaching my love for cooking to other people & I found I did not get the same joy I get when cooking for a family or lots of people who are chatting & joking about life. So I started Uncle Frank’s Cafe Pizzeria Salamander Bay.

Salamander Bay is a suburb of the Port Stephens local government area in the Hunter Region of New South Wales, Australia. The Worimi people are the traditional owners of the Port Stephens area. Named after the adjacent shallow bay, itself named after Salamander, a convict ship from the Third Fleet, which was the first European vessel to enter Port Stephens, it is a mainly residential suburb with a large shopping center & Uncle Frank’s Cafe
